Our very finest whole stuffed free range bird is a perfect meal solution. The Free Range Bronze stuffed bird is easy to carve with the breast boned removed. Arriving ready to roast, it is stuffed with a delicious sage & onion and turkey meat stuffing.

Arrives boxed with giblets, herbs, recipe leaflet & pop-up timer.

Weighing 4-4.99kg, it serves 10-12 people.

Turkey: 100% free range turkey.

Stuffing Ingredients (allergens in bold): Cranberries, Turkey Legs, Onion, Butter, Sage, Nuts, Mushrooms, Breadcrumbs.

  1. Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the bird.
  2. Remove our traceability wing label and place your turkey in a roasting tin.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
  4. Cook at the starting temperature (220C / 200 Fan / 430F / Gas 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180C / 160 Fan / 375F / Gas 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
  5. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
  6. Remove the turkey from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees,
  7. Cover the bird with foil & allow to rest for at least an hour.

Full Cooking Times (approx)

  • 4kg: 2 hours
  • 5kg: 2 hours 15 minutes
