Delicious award-winning whole bronze turkey with plenty of juicy meat and a rich traditional flavour. Our turkeys truly are the cream of the coop, free range, hand plucked and game hung for two weeks.

Each bird comes boxed with giblets, herbs, recipe leaflet & handy pop-up timer.

Our Free Range Organic birds are reared on certified organic land & fed with certified organic feed.

Free Range or Free Range Organic? What's the difference?

Nutritional Information per 100g: Energy 443kJ/105cal, Fat 1.6g (of which Saturates 0.5g), Carbohydrate 0g (of which sugars 0g) , Protein 22.6g, Salt 0.18g

Insert the pop-up cooking timer into the breast of the bird.
Remove our traceability wing label and place your turkey, breast side down in a roasting tin.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cover with foil.
Cook at the starting temperature (220ºC / 200ºFan / 430ºF / Gas Mark 7) for 30 minutes then reduce the oven to the roasting temperature (180ºC / 160ºFan / 375ºF / Gas Mark 4) for the remainder of the cooking time.
Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end to allow the skin to brown.
Remove the turkey from the oven once the Pop-Up Timer pops, or your meat thermometer reads 68 degrees,
Cover the bird with foil & allow to rest for at least an hour.

4kg: 2 hours
5kg: 2 hours 15 minutes
6kg: 2 hours 30 minutes
7kg: 3 hours
8kg: 3 hours 30 minutes
9kg: 4 hours
10kg: 4 hours 30 minutes

I have been ordering from Copas for over 5 years both for my Canadian thanksgiving and Christmas. The service is very helpful and personable, but even better is the quality of the birds. Every time I make one it is flawless.

Terrible system for collecting , although turkey was delicious we will not be doing this again.
REPLY: Hi Patricia, thanks for your feedback. The majority of people turned up at the same time which did make it extremely busy from around 11am - 2:30pm. We would like to reassure you that we are putting in new measures for the 2020 Christmas Fayre. There will be Click and Collect slots on 22nd December for people who do not want to attend the Fayre on 23rd and we are changing the layout of the barn to make it easier to collect.

May be a bit pricy but worth every penny!
Big show on Christmas Day but sandwiches and curry also delicious!
