    Free Range Chicken

My christmas chicken was just superb in every way.
Beautifully prepared, excellent flavour. Strong bone structure which shows it is a bird that has been brought to maturity with great care and attention and, as such, could support its body unlike birds that have bones like rubber and have been intensively farmed. Well done to the Copas team in producing excellent food with great care and attention.
