Complaints Procedure

We are only happy if all our customers are ecstatic so, in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately on 01628 499980.

The office is closed from 6pm on December 23rd until early January so, if you have an issue over this period, we ask that you email us at [email protected] with as much information as you can. Where relevant, please include photographs of the problem & the unique wing tag that is attached to your bird. We will endeavour to respond to all email within the first week of our return in January.
