Beef Steaks (approx 200g each): Dunstall Estate Beef is free range farmed in the Derbyshire hills & dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days. Our Rib steaks are trimmed off the bone by a master butcher, immediately prior to delivery.
Free Range Pork Sausages (approx 900g - Freedom Food Certified): Packington Free Range Pigs are bred & raised in Staffordshire in a natural stress-free outdoors environment. Both varieties of sausage are made from 95% lean meat & truly barbecue friendly.
Free Range Spatchcock Chicken (min weight 2kg): Packington Chickens are reared in a healthy & stress free environment in Staffordshire on the finest maize & omega3 enriched corn. They are slowly grown (long & happy life!) producing a superb traditional flavour. Our Spatchcock Chicken (the seemingly trendy barbecue item this Summer!) comes with a choice of two marinade flavourings; Garlic & Herb or Piri-Piri. Plus a jar of Copas Coronation Sauce (310g)to be used as a chutney/dressing on the day or kept for later! All products are supplied fresh & can be frozen.

Copas Free Range bronze turkeys have been raised in the old fashioned way to full adult maturity before being game hung for two weeks. Succulent & full of flavour, the Spatchcock turkey is barbecue ready, with backbone removed & flattened out for the grill.
