Alongside our sublime-tasting turkeys we also carefully source a range of Very Very Special Produce for our online shop and offer a thoughtful collection of ACCOMPANIMENTS, HAMPERS & GIFT PACKS.
Our Produce is sourced from other family businesses that share our values and produce their lamb, salmon, ham and other products by combining traditional methods and modern techniques. Each culinary companion has been made from old family recipes (thank you Brenda!) merging Christmas Classics with a modern twist (e.g. Cranberry sauce with Rosemary) in true Copas style.
Our Accompaniments will not only add a little extra spark to your family meal occasions, but they will also provide a fantastic gift option for foodies at Christmas time! They are available all year round from INDEPENDENT RETAILERS nationwide, or via our ONLINE SHOP.
